Curbside Pickup Info

We are continuing curbside pickup throughout the off-season. Please note, some items are now curbside pickup only.

Curbside pickup is only available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You do not need to pre-select a pickup date or time when ordering your items. Just select curbside pickup at checkout and visit the Upstate Medical University Arena at 515 Montgomery St. during pickup hours.

Your items will only be available for curbside pickup once you receive a fulfillment email and/or text. All fan cutouts are now available for curbside pickup.

To pick up your items, drive up to the Montgomery St. curb and call the Crunch office at 315-473-4444. A staff member will bring your item(s) to your car. Masks must be worn during curbside pickup.

Beginning September 15, 2021 the Syracuse Crunch will hold your order for a maximum of 60 days after sending you a pickup notification. If your order has not been picked up within 60 days, you will be issued a full refund to your original form of payment and your items will be returned to our inventory.
